Bookkeeping, accounts, tax and company admin for UK sole traders and limited companies. Kept current through the year, filed on time, and explained in plain English.
Each one kept on our calendar, not yours.
Kept current every month in the cloud. Bank feeds bring transactions in automatically, you send other records as they happen, and we chase anything missing well before a deadline.
Micro-entity and small company accounts prepared and filed with Companies House, with a plain-English summary of what they say. Nothing is submitted until a director approves it.
Your CT600 return prepared and filed with HMRC, with what you owe and when it is due set out well ahead of time.
Quarterly returns filed digitally to HMRC under Making Tax Digital, checked against your books before they go.
Payroll runs, payslips and Real Time Information submissions to HMRC on every pay date. Add or remove employees in any month.
Personal tax returns prepared and filed, including the extra income and allowances directors often miss.
Filed with Companies House each year, with your company details checked so the public register stays accurate.
New limited companies set up properly from day one: the right SIC codes, share structure and registrations.
A professional UK registered address, with post scanned and forwarded to you.
Regular figures through the year so you can see how the business is doing before the year end, not after.
Every client gets Pandle cloud accounting, with bank feeds that bring your transactions in automatically. Already settled in other software? We work in that instead.
Already using one of these? We work in it rather than moving you.
Sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000 have kept digital records and sent quarterly updates to HMRC since 6 April 2026. The threshold falls to £30,000 from April 2027 and £20,000 from April 2028.
Since 18 November 2025, directors and people with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House. Existing directors each have their own due date. We check yours and keep it on the calendar.
“One point of contact. Full responsibility.”
Some bookkeeping and accounts preparation may be carried out by selected specialist providers, working under our supervision and confidentiality agreements. We stay your single point of contact and remain responsible to you for all of it. Nothing is filed until a director has approved it.
